Serving up delicious self promotion

In 2013 Edelman founded Edible, a specialty agency focused on the culture, tastes and business of food. To serve up our team’s credentials, we sent a bagged lunch. Kinda.

The "delivery order" included a handmade sandwich book containing our team's bios and roles, (real) chocolate chip cookies, and a booklet about our credentials.

We heard from at least one prospect that they opened the waxed paper wrapping excited to eat the sandwich.
